KEY INGREDIENTS:

Argan Oil:

This unique oil comes from the Arganier Spinosa tree which is native to Morocco, where it thrives in the harsh environment close to the Sahara Desert. Argan Oil is rich in essential fatty acids omega 6 (linoleic acid) and omega 9 (oleic acid) and sterols, which deeply nourish, replenish and enhance the skin’s ability to hold moisture. Argan Oil also contains antioxidant compounds such as vitamin E and ferulic acid, which protect the skin from environmental damage and premature aging.

Aloe Vera:

Contains more than 70 essential compounds including most vitamins, minerals, enzymes, proteins and amino acids, which provide the plant’s many healing and soothing effects on the skin, as well as being a rich source of hydration for the skin.

Green Tea Extract:

Contains polyphenols, such as epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) a potent free radical scavenger. These antioxidant compounds have photoprotective (protection from UV damage), anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial effects, which protect the health and integrity of the skin.

Plantolin:

An indigenous Australian plant, which has been historically used for it’s soothing and healing properties. Plantolin active compounds contain antioxidants that protect the skin from environmental damage and inflammation, reduce skin redness and irritation, as well as improve the appearance of blemishes.

Coconut Oil:

Provides unique saturated fatty acid properties that deeply nourish the skin. Coconut oil is also very high in natural antioxidants, protecting the skin from free radical damage. It also contains the key antimicrobial compounds of lauric and capric acid which protect the skin from infection.

Shea Butter:

A natural fat derived from the fruits of the shea tree. Shea butter is high in natural antioxidants and also contains allantoin, which is renowned for its soothing and healing properties. The fatty acid composition of shea butter provides excellent skin conditioning benefits.

Cocoa Butter:

Rich in skin soothing triglycerides, cocoa butter has excellent emollient properties which will soften and nourish the skin.

Chamomile Essential Oil:

Provides a calming and soothing effect on the skin. Chamomile essential oil also has antibacterial properties.
